Thank you from the PTA for all the support, helpers on the ground and behind the scenes, donors, sponsors and HOSA for their wonderful help, support, time, donations, sponsorships and attendance at our very BIG annual fete. It was a huge success for all. We did make a healthy profit on the day with the details to be announced over the next few weeks.

A special thank you to Stephanie Wylaars and Andrew for picking 180 bunches of flowers and donating them to the Plant Stall.
Also to Terry Travis for supplying the coffee machine and coffee for the Devonshire Tea Stall, it was great coffee and kept up with the demand!

We thank all the jam and preserve makers for supplying goods to the Pantry Stall; Stephanie Wylaars, Debbie Jones, Gill Jedwab and her Mum, Jane Yelland, Heather Bunting, Jean Barrand and anonymous donors.

Used Text Book Sale: Huntingtower Annual Second hand Textbook Sale will take place on Sunday December 7th between 2pm – 4pm in M1. The booklists for 2009 are currently being typed up and will be available by the end of the month. The green bin for depositing used textbooks you wish to sell will be outside the library from Nov 28th. For VCE students it is currently located outside your VCE exam room.

When depositing books please ensure you enclose a completed book form with each package of books. These are attached to the green bin for VCE students. Once the booklist is available these forms will be enclosed with your booklist and downloadable from the Huntingtower web site.

This year to try and avoid long delays on sale day we will be adding a cash/cheque only sales table and an express sales table for those people purchasing 3 books or less.

We look forward to your support for this vital fundraiser for the school.
