National Capital Educational Tourism Project
Posted May 22 2009Students (Years 5 and 6) from Huntingtower have recently undertaken an educational tour of the National Capital. The Australian Government recognises the importance of all young Australians being able to visit their National Capital. To assist the school in meeting the cost of the excursion the Government is contributing $30 per student toward the travel expenses incurred. This contribution, paid directly to Huntingtower, has assisted in keeping the excursion cost down. We would like to thank the Department of Education, Science and Training for their support of this initiative.
